This is the command post for the 3.7ins battery on the south end of Windmill Hill.  The battery is relatively intact.

This is the command post which is situated on a small rise to the rear of the battery, close to the old Magazine.

The black and white image, provided by Andrew S, one of our contributors, is from WWII.  This shows a Gibraltar Defence Force Range Finder team.  The tall Gunner on the right of the photos is the father-in-law of Andrew S, William Piccone. From the sloped brick walls etc, this clearly looks to be this site.
